Northam Tower, Penang, Malaysia
A 31 storey office tower completed in May 2001.
Desa Amanpuri School, Kuala Lumpur.
Acting as the main builder, the school was completed in August 2003.
Trent Intan Millennium Tower, Malaysia.
Acting as the design and build main contractor for this 16 storey office tower. Completed in December 2003.
Aim Point Plaza, Malaysia.
Acting as the design and build main contractor for the 4-storey commercial podium and two blocks of 16-storey residential apartments. Completed in November 2004.
Tung Shin Hospital New Wing, Kuala Lumpur
Completed the 12 storey new hospital wing in May 2005 as the main builder.
La Grande Kiara Condominiums,
Kuala Lumpur
Engaged as the main subcontractor for the La Grande Kiara Condominiums in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, consisting of two blocks of a 22-storey tower with a total of 298 large luxurious condominiums. The project was completed in November 2005.
